Forget Black Friday. For business owners looking to upgrade technology or simply stock up on paper and printer ink, Cyber Monday—November 26 this year—just might be the biggest shopping day of the season.

On that online-shopping holiday, you can often snap up big discounts on computers, monitors, printers and anything else you need around the office. “You can outfit your office for half the cost of what it would usually take any other time of year,” says Sarah Hollenbeck, a shopping and retail expert with BlackFriday.com, which tracks retailer deals.

For example, a new laser printer may not be on everyone’s holiday wish list, but you can usually find them for at least 50% off on Cyber Monday from most major office supply and technology retailers, Hollenbeck says. Those same retailers also tend to offer even deeper discounts on smaller items, including wireless mice and keyboards.

Another advantage to shopping on Cyber Monday? You can pack all of those office expenses into your 2018 business deductions. The challenge is that, much like those $200 4K TVs at Walmart on Black Friday, there’s usually a limited supply of the hottest deals, and many offers are good only at specific times throughout the day. So you need to plan ahead to get the best deals on the supplies you need. Here’s how:

Sign up early.

Prepare in advance by subscribing to online mailing lists for any retailers that carry what you need, suggests Ben Taylor, founder of www.homeworkingclub.com, an advice portal for freelancers and small business owners. “You can be sure they’ll heavily promote their Cyber Monday discounts to their email subscribers,” he says.

Follow the bloggers.

There are a number of websites that keep ears to the ground all year, searching out the best deals on the latest tech. Tom’s Guide has a “Deals” tab at the top of the home page that will direct you to the best prices available on a wide variety of technology. You can also follow what’s coming on key shopping days, such as Cyber Monday and Amazon’s Prime Day.

TechBargains is nothing but deals. The website refreshes itself throughout the day with bargains and coupons that researchers have found online. Subscribe to the newsletter, and you’ll get daily updates on the hottest deals. Wirecutter and Amazon Business are also good places to look for deep discounts on everything for the office throughout the year.

Then keep an eye on news websites during the lead-up to Cyber Monday, Taylor says. “They always do roundup posts listing the best deals they’ve found and can help you save a lot of time looking for the best offers manually,” he explains.

Dig deep for bigger discounts.

No matter where—or when—you’re shopping, don’t hit the checkout button until you’re sure you haven’t missed anything. While you’re shopping, be on the lookout for sitewide coupon codes for discounts and free shipping. Then go to a site such as RetailMeNot to see if there are any promo codes available from your retailer. “You’re leaving money on the table if you check out before seeking out a promo code on Cyber Monday,” Hollenbeck says.
